RMA Policy

Return System or Parts for Repair:

  • All systems or parts must have the RMA number to return.
  • Please complete "online RMA Form", call, or email our support to get the RMA number.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges for shipment to Genstor.
  • Genstor will pay for the shipment to ship the system back to the customer.
  • Systems must be properly packed before the shipment.
  • Customer will be responsible for the damages to the system or components being shipped back to Genstor for repairs.
  • Problems generated by third party software applications, peripheral devices, any other hardware added to system by customer not bought from Genstor are not covered by Genstor's warranty.

Genstor will not support compatibility issues related to any OS other than the OS with which Genstor shipped the system. Please note that we are loading and testing the systems with your choice of OS version.

Return of credit or fund:

  • Systems must be returned within 30 days of Invoice date.
  • All these returns have to be pre approved by Genstor.
  • There should not be any physical damage to the system.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
  • All the manuals and CDs must be included.
  • For systems being returned without any hardware problems, 15% restocking fees may apply.
